    • Send Property Disclosures and all other brokerage and state required documents for signature.

    • Prepare addenda (with verbiage from agent) and route for signatures.

    • Keep track of all key contract deadlines on a shared Google calendar and ensure those deadlines are met.

    • Provide Escrow and Lender with copies of all executed contract documents.

    • Maintain contact with all parties to confirm the transaction is kept on track.

    • Create Commission Demand and provide to Escrow.

    • Follow up with Lender regarding Buyer’s loan process, the CD and loan documents.

    • Order home warranty.

    • Load completed sale documents in Brokerage Compliance System.

    • Send a complete set of contract documents to the client at closing.

    • No charge for Terminated Contracts.

    • Available as a stand-alone service with payment due at the time of service.

    • Prepare listing contract paperwork and all other brokerage and state required documents and send to agent or to client for electronic signature.

    • Input listing into MLS, including photos and disclosures.

    • Ensure disclosures are filled out completely.

    • Order signpost up and down.

    • Order listing period home warranty.

    • Load completed listing documents in Brokerage Compliance System.

    • No payment is due until escrow closes.

  • Offer Writing Service

    • Prepare sale agreement, including Agency Disclosure documents and any additional added requested/needed addenda/disclosures, and up to 2 rounds of counter offers. (Note: Agent will be required to submit an Offer Detail Sheet, easily filled out online from a cell phone.) Payment due at time of service.
